The Last Vampire ProlougeI can still remember when my kind wasn’t in danger, where there were more than two of us before the Lycans and Slayers turned on us. The Vampires. My Kind is not evil by nature. We respect life and do our best to remain true to the Code. But when a Vampire turns evil she or he will be quickly dealt with by either being hunted down and quickly killed by the Elders or if the evil Vampire has killed a human the Slayers have full right to kill said Vampire. Every Vampire feared the Slayers, it was learned fear but we still respected them as they respected us.
